To All UTES members.
All the 3 unions i.e. NUTE, UTES & SUTE collectively has rejected the way ESOS was allocated to the non-executive which are 2 lots and 3 lots respectively. The Unions protested against the quantum of allocations though the management says it was fair.
Most of us have submitted the 'Borang Penerimaan Saham Esos' under protest. We would like to urge all members to also submit the Grievance form in complying to Article 21 of TM-UTES CA7 and copy to the Union through the Branch Officials soonest. The complaint to be written in the form are as follows:-
"Saya membantah pembahagian saham ......... lot kerana tempoh perkhidmatan saya dalam syarikat tidak diambilkira. Saya membantah dan tidak puas hati."
"I protest against the allocation of shares which is .......... lots because my length of service was not taken into account. I protest and I am not satisfied."
Members prompt action is highly appreciated.

As an outsider I would like to urge all UTES' members to protest for this "VERY UNFAIR" allocation of Esos. It looks like only the TOP Management people are human, the rest are all JUNKS.....

i'm with u, the top management were calculating their profit from this exercise. they didn't see the the KULI down there. 'ORANG KAYA SEMAKIN KAYA, ORANG MISKIN SEMAKIN TERHIMPIT'. That's the scenario....
All UTES members pleaseeeee!!!! Let's 2gather submit our grievance. If the numbers of submission is large, that shows we r strong n only then the Union knows what to do next. Do it now....Don't wait.....

For what I heard recently is that, DAWO being given a mission when he was offered to lead Mayban. The misssion was to MERGE (NOT demerge as what he did to TM), I say again, to merge Mayban and CIMB to become a Super Bank in the nation. Once successful then, who knows he'll become a Govenor for Bank Negara or at least a Senator. there you are... a rumours is always be a rumour but most of them are somewhat true....
Yeah! that is what he is good at, to merge/demerge and sale buildings (TM/ next Maybank)in the name of profit(pandai buat duit konon). Awarding himself with fat share first from TM (2000lots) forward loyalty??? then maybank. Apart from that what else he knows?
